We are pleased to announce Landchain Strategic has entered into an agreement to promote land in Charing, Kent for residential development.

The site is approximately 13 hectares and sits in the administrative area of Ashford Borough Council, and is in a sustainable location next to Charing railway station.

Our proposals include a range of new homes, a new link to the train station and strategic green infrastructure.
