This brownfield development site was purchased unconditionally in April 2021.

The pub was owned by local family brewery McMullens and had unfortunately not re-opened after Covid19. The pub was built in the 1960’s and had no architectural merit and therefore Broxbourne were keen to see it redeveloped for housing.
Landchain is proposing a contemporary designed residential development on part of the site that will offer best practice design and community benefits to Broxbourne through a 106 Agreement.
