This 3.6 hectare site is currently occupied by dilapidated glasshouses which were constructed post war during a thriving glasshouse industry. The nursery business started to decline during the 1980’s and gradually the buildings have fallen into disrepair.

Broxbourne Council have identified a need for up to one thousand new homes in this specific area in the Green Belt and we are currently promoting the site with the landowners for residential redevelopment.

A planning application has been submitted for 81 residential units including introducing a bio-diverse wildlife corridor into the site, with amenity and child play areas.
